Is this a bottleneck or not? But not in all games like this... I would like help and thank you.

so it is not dropping frame, what is the problem?

get a new system? check cpu temp?
no...it has drop frame a lot... and i can't get a new system.....and my cpu temp is between 65-72 or less..but when i disable hyperthreading the performance changed a lot...hope u understand me cause i'm bad in English

thx

Yes,drop frame between (35-68) and gpu usage is between (70-95)
i did disable hyperthreading in the bois and the performance changed a lot...now i don't have much drop frame and gpu usage between (85-99) but the cpu usage is now higher...so where is the problem ?
here is a pic; https://ibb.co/B3t03G7
There is no problem. Disabling Hyperthreading disables half the hardware threads the CPU can run. Utilization is based on [sum of all hardware thread utilization] / [number of hardware threads available]. In your case, instead of dividing the total utilization by 12 with Hyperthreading on, it's dividing it by 6. The workload hasn't changed, so the number is going to be higher.

it's not ..that's why this is strange....ill just enable Hyperthreading again and i hope the performance stay the same
