[SOLVED] High CPU usage but low GPU usage

I have i5 9600K with RTX 2070 . My CPU usage is 100% while GPU only 40% while playing (Kingdom Come Deliverance) and also with other games. Is it because my CPU is weaker than GPU ? Or probably my GPU has a problem ? There any solution to fix this ? Setting or Software ? Please Help!!!!!!!!!!

Is your game running fine? What program are you getting your GPU/CPU usage from?

Kingdom Come Deliverance is a very CPU intensive game. CPU determines your FPS. GPU adds eye candy, mostly. I hear new video cards are changing this to some degree. Your GPU is only cruising because the CPU can't send frames fast enough. I doubt your RTX 2070 is having issues but check GPU temps to be sure and use latest drivers from Nvidia. If CPU is getting too hot it will throttle back making things worse, so check CPU temps as well. A CPU with hyperthreading will likely do better but you only have 6 cores/6 threads.

Close any unnecessary programs running in background to free up CPU if you can. Overclocking may help some but I wouldn't expect too much. The only real fix is a better CPU or live with it. If it's playable I wouldn't worry about it. Games that are GPU intensive may see less CPU use. It goes back and forth depending on the game.

Yes My game is running fine but just that I wonder why my cpu is the only one who running not gpu. Before I played I closed everything . Thank you ^^

Oh I see that why ! My GPU temp is normal under 65 even in game also cpu under 50 . About the Nvidia I check everyday it like my hobby XD. I did close every background as much as possible. I thought I5 is powerful enough to handle RTX 2070. I am considering to overclock my cpu but sadly i'm just a novic so I think I should bear to live with my cpu . One last question ! My GPU temp when idle is 50 celsius about 122 fahrenheit with 0 fan speed . But it seem strange that in winter my GPU also 50 celsius . If I remember correctly my GPU idle temperature before is not more than 40 celsius. Everytime my pc open for a few minutes this happen . I am asking to be sure if it is normal or not. If I want to lower the temp can I do that ?
