High CPU Usage EasyAntiCheat

Can anyone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it? I don't really think it takes up that much CPU but if it does I don't want it to be there.
Using Process Explorer and if I try to either "Kill, Permissions. or Suspend" it says "Unable to Access Thread"

EDIT: Also I think EasyAntiCheat is for one of my games called "RUST"

Are you trying to remove ntoskrnl? Cause, um, windows won't work if you do that
