Hey, so I recently upgraded my build... Well by upgrade I mean built a new computer. During idle/browsing the web/doing basic tasks everything seems to be fine... The minute I open games such as Rainbow Six Siege/Call of Duty/Valorant/CS:GO my CPU usage just jumps to 100% yet the game runs perfectly fine without lag or issues and high FPS.
The only way I can seem to drop the CPU usage is by limiting my FPS. I've NEVER had this issue before now.
I guess my question is... Is there a reason for this?
Build
Mobo: MSI Meg z390 Ace
CPU: i7-9700k
Cooler: Corsair H115i Platinum AIO
Ram: 4x 8gb Hyperx Fury
GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 Super
SSD: 2x WD 500gb
HDD: 2x WD Blue 1tb
Things I've tried
Updating BIOS
Updating/Downloading Drivers
Clean install of Windows
Decluttering all drives.
Scanning all files on all drives.
I appreciate all the help I can get.
