High cpu usage i5 3550p

When i minimizate sleeping dogs my pc start to lag and cpu usage goes to 100 or litle lower why? https://imageshack.com/i/ndm1dap

Btw the ram goes high to it normaly use in ac4 or skyrim around 1.88 or 2gb

Check your processes. If you have a high usage on one of them and you don't know what it is, look it up. If it is a virus, run a virus scan, or delete the process to see if that fixes it. It also looks like you have sleeping dogs up, so you could be using alot of your CPU on that.

Yea but how s dogs can use so much of my cpu i mean i play ac4 skyrim arma 3 and when i go to deskop the usage is not more than 5

The best thing I could do is to start a full virus scan, preferably with Malwarebytes' Antimalware.

Some games use more power than others even though they have bad graphics, they are just poorly optimized. But run a virus scan with what you have and like TechCIDLC said, a malwarebytes' scan to make sure malware isn't taking up al the CPU usage on your computer.
