high cpu usage unknown source

hello,

I recently occasionally experience high cpu usage (>90% continuosly). Normal internet browsing nearly impossible, everything super slow. On some days the computer is running normal.
I researched the net and I am assuming something blocking the correct execution of the CPU.
Tried to analyze it with xperf.
dxgkrnl.sys shows continous high load under the DCP/ISR tab of 2. Not sure if that is normal.

PS: I am running a thinkpad t420s, win 10, with nvidia nvs4200

I tried updating graphics, ethernet drivers

Run a repair install and see if that resolves your issue. It looks like a Memory Leak.

that would mean loosing all my installed software....
Any solution where I can avoid loosing my software?
