High CPU usage when playing certain games

I had a quick question about my CPU usage.

I was playing BF1 and I am noticing hiccups, unless its just a crap driver, and stutters when I play. I have a 1080ti with a 5820k @4.3ghz. My CPU usage is above 60% hitting the 80's and 90's sometimes when monitoring on task manager. I have 16gb of ram as well. I have played Battlefront 2 and my CPU usage is the same, and the same goes for Bf4. Diablo 3 my CPU usage was 27% which is normal.

I am also monitoring on my Aorus Graphics engine, and Realtemp for CPU usage.

Aorus %: 65
Realtemp %: 66
Task Manager %: 87

Also, these % do spike a lot into the 70, 80, and 90's but always at different times. Aorus will say one thing and task manager will say another. I do not know which one is true.

My gpu usage says its at 90% and higher.

My temps are within 50's to low 60's.

I have cleaned my drivers using DDU as well, and i am still seeing these issues.

Is this high CPU usage normal or is my CPU dying out?

Games like bf1 can be sketchy on using just one core of your cpu. That might be the reading of one of the cores. I have heard of other people having the same issue with bf1.
Also is it 16gb that you have on single channel or 2x8 etc. the high percentage can be because of the bandwidth of the single ram. As the cpu uses ram for cache when doing complex tasks like bf1

I have a quad channel 4x4=16gb. I dont think its the ram.

Online features for EA are currently down for me, so i cant test anything at the moment for origin games.

I would consider running something like Usermark and see if there are any specifi parts that are under-performing.

I don't believe the processor is dying; this generally manifests itself in complete system crashes or shutdowns.

I would also use resource monitor and look in CPU/Memory/Disk for any processes or applications that are consuming resources. If you see something like your anti-malware software scanning a large volume, this could explain poor disk read times.

I would also try a few other games. This issue could be specific to a particular game engine or developer.
