When ever I play just about any games, my CPU is almost always 80-100%, games are using around 80%cpu. Any ideas why this could be happening?

Here is my build
Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
NZXT - Kraken X62 Rev 2 98.17 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
MSI - B360 GAMING PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
SanDisk - SSD PLUS 240 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Samsung - 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
MSI - GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8 GB Video Card
EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

I also ran a usebench mark;
UserBenchmarks: Game 107%, Desk 87%, Work 58%
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K - 83.6%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070-Ti - 131.3%
SSD: Sandisk PLUS 240GB - 52.6%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1TB - 116.3%
USB: WD My Passport 0740 750GB - 31.4%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB - 67.9%
MBD: MSI B360 GAMING PLUS (MS-7B22)

Solution
You're playing games a 1080p and getting a lot of fps of course you're going to get a lot of CPU usage. A 9900k will under those circumstances as well. That just means you're using most of your cpu which is a good thing. Some part has to run close to 100% eventually or you'd get infinite frames ;)

Edit just looked over your userbenchmark run

1) go into bios and set ram speed to 2666 it can't run any faster because you don't have a z series motherboard, but you're at 2133 now

2) while there ensure turbo boost is enabled. Your CPU is staying at 3.7 ghz
