Question High CPU usage while playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Hi, my cpu and gpu usage is constantly hitting 100% while playing this game. CPU temps are around 65-70c and gpu temp is 70c. When playing other games my cpu usage is usually at 30%. I was wondering if this is safe and is there any way i can lower cpu usage?

My Specs are: i7 7700k,RTX 2060 6GB FE, 16gb RAM (2x8),650W PSU.

Thta's normal, Odyssey use a large amount of CPU physics at high, or even at med config. No problem for your CPU, that's doesn't mean that the game use the 100% and you cannot use your PC for anything else (it's a HT-core CPU desktop, damn it haha).
65C-70C with a default dissi or an entry level one is quite good for this game,
My old 4670K with a 212s evo hits 80C and more, and my G5 5590 reaches 90C without any problem
