[SOLVED] High CPU usage while playing games

i have this problem when i start running Valorant , then my cpu hits 100% usage any thing i can do?

Spec:
Intel Core i5-6400 2.70GHz
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming 3GB PhysX
H110M Pro-VH PLUS
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB DDR4

Try limiting your FPS, this will reduce the cpu workload. Let’s say you normally get 60-80 FPS, try limiting it to 50. Unfortunately quad core/thread CPU’s are not that great and the 6400 is not a strong quad core cpu.

Then try lower. Also make sure you have no other programs running in the background.

can they hear you when you are not playing valorant?
and it should be hitting 100% cpu as its a CPU intensive game
