can i safely uninstall vcagent.exe in my vaio laptop

Believe so it's a Vaio system management utility, but if not positive, might get WinPatrol, a handy little utility program, load it, open it to start up programs and use the DISABLE option, rather than delete, this way if there is a problem can go back through WinPatrol and re-enable the program
