High CPU Usage

I've recently made my own budget PC just for college work and some light gaming.

CPU: A10 7850k
HDD: Seagate 1TB Barracuda
Case: BitFenix Comrade
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-DS2
RAM: HyperX FURY Series 8GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 1866MHz

Overall I'm happy with it I've not really had any problems until recently.

Lately, when I've been doing mundane tasks like watching netflix or just browsing chrome, my CPU usage has skyrocketed and my CPU fan (stock) is being very loud. I really don't mind the high CPU usage as it's not really affecting performance, but my CPU fan is being monstrously loud. Should I just buy another CPU fan or different CPU&GFX entirely?

Most of the CPU utilization is by several instances of sndvol.exe; did you start the Windows Volume Control several times? If you don't have an anti-virus, search for that application and make sure it only exists in folder C:/WINDOWS/System32. You can terminate all sndvol.exe processes.

sndvol.exe always reappears after I kill the process. I've ran an antivirus and even gone as far as searching for any instances of sndvol.exe in my registry. None at all.
