High CPU usage

Windows 10 on my desk laptop and installed a few aapplication including kaspersky internet security 2016 but now when I boot my PC the CPU used by kaspersky is very high around 50-60% and wmi service is Andi using to much CPU. Can anyone recommend me what should I do.

It looks like your undergoing an issue akin to a memory leak. Is high CPU usage seen to be apparent across other apps on your system? You could try an perform a repair install and see if the issue is averted. Could you please pass on the make and model number for your laptop?

My laptop is Dell inspiring 11 3148. No it does not happen in other system apps

It stays the same for kaspersky. My laptop is inspiron 3148 2in 1.
