HIgh CPU Usage

Hi I just have a quick question.

I have an inspiron 560 with a Radeon HD 6670 DDR3 1GB card and a Dual Core E-5400 at 2.7ghz, also 4gb of ram (The RAM is Not a problem). When I try to do something is simple as watching live streams on twitch my cpu usage goes up to 90-100% all the time. I use chrome as a browser and im suspecting that could be a problem. Or maybe watching streams takes up more than i think. Although i play csgo and only have about 40% of cpu being used. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I personally hate using Chrome as it can be quite resource heavy-Have you tried using a different browser and see if the issue persists?
