Hey!
So recently for some unknown reason i'm starting to get high cpu usage in the task manager almost everytime I open up stuff like Chrome or Origin and even while playing a game.
When I listen to a music for example and then I open chrome.exe, I get a high cpu usage, and my music gets stuck for a second with a really weird buzzing sound.
While playing any game (Payday 2, Battlefield 4 etc) I get random buzzing sounds and fps drops.
I've tried running a few anti viruses scans and my pc is good with no viruses at all, i've also tried running error check on my hard disks on startup and it didn't fix it.
At first I thought that it's just a sound problem but then while playing a game, I started to get those sounds all the time and sometimes even my screen went black for a few seconds because of that and it resulted in my computer restarting...

Specs:
Windows 7 64-bit
8GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 750 ti
Intel Core I7 2600 3.4Ghz

It's really frustrating and I really need your help =[

EDIT: I noticed that usually my cpu usage in the task manager is 13% or 14% but when I open up chrome for example it goes up to 30-40%
EDIT 2: I managed to fix the buzzing sound by adding 4gb ram

Solution
Completely remove and update all of your drivers including your chipset driver, GPU, sound drivers, everything.

It also could be spyware, viruses, missing windows files, unwanted legitimate programs, missing windows updates, etc.

It might be most beneficial to completely format and reinstall windows fresh and then install all of the newest drivers for your hardware. That is probably the route I would go.
