High Cpu Usage

Ive been tracking my cpu temps while playing games and such and i noticed that while playing games my cpu usage is quite high is this a bad thing and should i worry about it?

cpu cores are often at 90-100% utization during games...at 1080P especially, and frequently even more so for i5s and below....
