Question High cpu usage

Gtx 1060 6GB 4 cores
Ranger maximuss viii motherboard
600 watt or 550 (dont remember in laying in my bed 7 am for me too lazy to go up and check)
16gb ram

Hi i need help with when i play games my CPU is at 100%, but this happened when i updated my BIOS to lastest version even when it said it would give better performance etc. I didnt have this problem before. Even when i play Minecraft my FPS is not what it should be and CPU is at 100%. I’m not looking to downlod the older version of BIOS, if theres another fix it would be much appreciated. Thanks

What the ram? turn on the xmp memory profile?
when you update the bios, you will reset all value.

How do i turn it on`? im not good with computers
Ram is Corsair vengance i believe

Ok so now i turned on the xmp profile thing but it didnt work. any other solutions?
