[SOLVED] High CPU VCore in the BIOS (Ryzen 5 3600)

I'm currently unable to determine whether my Ryzen 5 3600's voltage is to be considered optimal. Nothing suggests that the CPU has anything wrong with it temperature-wise, some sources cite voltages above 1.4 as harmful for the CPU's lifespan over prolonged periods of time. This specifically happens in the BIOS, but not after startup. Are these values normal?

• Operating System: Windows 11 (clean installation)
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, no overclock, PBO set to Auto
• CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo
• Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 MHz (2x8), XMP enabled
• PSU: Corsair VS650 (2018) 650 W
• Power plan: Ryzen Balanced

If only 1 core is active, than it is quite normal for voltage to reach 1.4 Volt, even a little bit higher. If all cores are active, then voltage drops to lower values, depending on the CPU-model.

It is the same with my CPU, more than 1.4 volt and dropping to about 1.27 volt with all cores active.

That means, all seems to be OK with your CPU.

AMD CPUs are designed to handle up to 1.5V. As long as the CPU's not exceeding this it's fine.
