High definition audio device driver microsoft

Hello,
i upgrated to windows 7 professional and now it ststes no audio output device is installed. I don't know much about computers..please help.

can you give us some info on your hardware like motherboard, sound card, or PC model

just insert CD driver Stock from motherboard,
or contact suport vendor to ask CD Driver where u Buy that pc?
