I recently reinstalled Windows 7 due to a large amount of inherent lag on my machine that I thought was brought upon by a clogged 2 TB hard drive. Now that I've reinstalled and wiped the hard drive, it's slower than ever before.
It's hitting nearly 16 MB/sec on the disk I/O, when it normally doesn't go past the KB/sec readings.
The Network goes anywhere from 1 Kbps to 300 Kbps.
And the hard faults will sometimes sky rocket to nearly 500/sec.
I've looked into many solutions but due to my circumstances being so unique, not many fixes have done anything at all. Any help would be incredibly appreciated.
