High disk usage

My disk usage is staying at 100% from Windows Modules Installer, and Local Service host
Have tried going into the services.msc and turning off tips and I re-indexed and still no fix.

My suggestion would be to let the pc sit until the installer is finished with whatever tasking it's doing. I know after I did a new pc install then upgrade to windows 10 that it pc stayed a constant 100% disk usage for an extended period of time. good luck
