[SOLVED] High DPC Latency fix?

really need help with my cpu, its been running fine and noramlly for ages now and around 2 days ago its just started randomly dipping in usage and slowly my pc, crackling my audio etc. my friend said it was most likely High DPC Latency I've tried chaning power options and installing new drivers and changing power use settings which should fix it according to the internet however xxxx all has happened any help would be greatly apprichiated as I can't do anything atm I'll attach an image with the dips where the audio slows lags etc for examples
