High end 660 or cheap 660ti?

Hello all, first question to the forum (be nice!)

Built my rig about a year and a half ago and made a mistake when purchasing the graphics card. I purchased a 550ti with only 512mb of memory.

I would like to upgrade my card to be able to process high res textures, and perform a little better out there. My budget is around 300, and I have narrowed down my choices to two video cards:

A low-end 660ti from EVGA (02G-P4-3662-KR)

or

A high-end 660 from EVGA (03G-P4-2669-KR)

Which one do you think I should get?

Also, is the amount of video memory (+/-1gb) going to make a difference as well?

^+1 for iam2thecrowe the cheaper 660ti will still outperform the 660 even if they barely differ in price, your V-ram is very important for high resolution so get as much as you can.
