I want to increase output of my downloade songs, mostly in mp3 format, please suggest a free software.

no software can increase the bitrate of a low quality mp3 to a high quality mp3. you cannot create what is not there.

now you CAN create a higher bitrate mp3 from the original source (cd, etcetera), or downgrade a higher bitrate mp3 into a lower bitrate one.
