High end build running slow.

Hi guys, i recently put together a new PC and it's constantly running slow and saying i have 98% memory usage 7.8gb used out of 8gb.

The RAM is fine as i have taken it out of another system which was high end to.

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

GTX 970
Gigabyte G1 Sniper motherboard
EVGA Supernova 750w gold PSU.
Corsair XMS3 8GB Ram

What are WEI for CPU, RAM and GPU?

Can't get a WEI score on Windows 8.1 But it says I7-4770K, 7.9gb usable out of 8gb.

A low score for RAMs or GPU will point towards the culprit.

Can you look at Resource Monitor to see if there is any indication of what is taking up all of your RAM?

It seems to be fine now, i'v just updated my Windows as much as i could and System seems to run great. Hmmm,

then it looks like you're okay for now if it's working after updates.
