Parts Preferences: Nvidia 3090. Always been a fan of Intel chips but open to recommendations for best performance and future upgrades.

It depends on what exactly you will be using an i9 processor. Till now, it is the same theory with games as they prefer faster cores than the no.of core counts, and single-core performance is pretty much narrow between an i5,i7 & i9. However, the i9 is the best CPU in the market your money can buy. Here, some can afford and many cannot.
