Question High end gaming/graphic PC design build

My budget is around 2.5lacs (2,50,000) INR and I need help in building a high end gaming PC which is also good for graphic designing and animation work. Also I would prefer to run 2 GPUs in the configuration. Please guide me in my complete system build.

NB- after computex 2019 is it worth to wait for newly launched AMD series? If yes then by how long will it be available in India?

I would wait for Ryzen 3000. When it will be available in your country is unknown. Depends on how fast your country typically gets hardware after official releases. Official release, is 7/7/19.
