High-end gaming headphones and mic with this build? 2016

Price isn't a huge issue. I'd spend $300-400 for a good combo.

Thoughts? Suggestions? I've read that I'll get much better results with a headset/mic combo than a gaming headset.

Mose people are going to say there is no such thing. They're probably gonna tell you to get some audiophile headphones and some add on mic or something.
