Hello all. I am planning a new build, and was looking for advice on what graphics setup I should get I'll most likely end up with an Intel 4790k for a processor. The main use for this computer will be gaming, and will be upgraded to a watercooling setup. The most I can do is a 2 way crossfire/sli setup, but was wondering what would be the best way to go about this. There is no budget limit.

If there's no Budget Limit, go with a GTX 980 Sli configuration. Maybe you want something with a bit more vram, then you have two options:
go with older cards like the 780 or r9 (6GB vram)
Or you might wait for the 980 to get a ram upgrade.

I would get the sli'd 980's

i cant find the source but i remember reading somewhere an 8GB 980 might be in the works

Yes this is true, there is an 8GB 980 in the works. I would highly recommend GTX 980's in SLI. The brands I would look into for the 980's would be Gigabyte, MSI, and EVGA. But in EVGA, i would highly recommend the Classified version. Since you are going watercooling eventually, the classified 980's are the best at overclocking. Good luck sir, hope you find what you need.

I would like SLI'd 980s, but the main issue that i was looking at was the amount of VRAM, so I was curious whether that should cause me to go to the high end AMDs or to a Titan variant? I understand it mostly relies on the resolution I will be pushing. I will be running just 1920x1080p for a while, but most likely will be upgrading in the future.
