High-End PC Build - 1350$ Max

Hello people,

I would like to build a High-End PC Build up to 1350 dollars budget.
It should contain GTX 1070 Ti and atleast 16GB RAM.

I am no expert with this stuff, I just know some basic stuff but I would like to know your opinions and tips, guys.

Howdy! So, I'm not so good at the build suggestion part, but here's a few other questions to help those who are:

1. Do you need OS included in that price?
2. What kind of games and titles are you aiming to be able to play? What settings/frame rates/res, ideally?
3. Where can we suggest parts from (stores, or a country?), and what currency unit are you operating in?

Thank you for a quick response!
1. I don't need it, but you can include it if you want.
2. I would like to play mostly newer and upcoming games that are more demanding and also would like to have the PC for some 3D Modelling and Texturing. I would like to play at the highest settings possible with frame rate mostly above 60 FPS and the resolution can stay at Full HD.
3. Well, I am from Czech Republic, but Amazon could do fine and about the currency units, you can operate with either dollar or czech crown.

I hope I answered your questions the best way possible. :)

Well, this seems nice. I would pick the Intel option, but there's a catch. And that is probably the problem with shipping and prices for my country.
For example the GPU is 90 dollars more expensive in my country's local shop than in U.S.
