Hey, I'm looking into building a PC with a high budget. Budget around £1500-1700. Thats in pounds, so roughly 1931-2188 Dollars. Although prices do differ between USA and UK.

I know I want at least an i7 9700k, perhaps even an i9 9900k if I have the room. The gpu is undecided on, but at least a 1080 or 2070. Its the rest of the components I need help on, theyll decide what GPU or CPU i get. Also good priced 27" monitor that has 1440p 120-140hz or a 60hz 4k monitor.

I know you guys in this community like to help with this stuff, so thanks in advance!

Edit: Whoops! I forgot a case. I'd leave that up to you. You can pinch elsewhere (save the HDD for later, perhaps).
