Hi Guys,

as with the title, i'm experiencing FPS drop or stuttering while playing video games.

PC Spec:
CPU: i9 9900K
GPU: RTX 2070 Super
RAM: 32GB RAM
OS: Windows 10

PC worked perfectly fine from the moment I built it, mostly i played FiveM (GTA5 Roleplay) and Sea of Thieves the FPS stable at 100-120 for both games. But lately when i played those games the FPS suddenly drop to 10-20 for couple of second and back to 100-120.

Tried to move my Sea of Thieves from HDD to SSD but the FPS drop still occurs.
Tried to turn off optimization from Nvidia, the FPS increases but the FPS still drops.
Tried update everything, windows, drivers, etc.
Both CPU & GPU temp under 70 celcius. (Checked with HWMonitor)
Tried defrag HDD, etc

and the FPS drop still occurs.

Don't know what to do to solve this problem, any idea ?

my guess is that it could be something to do with the windows power plan/settings or the power settings in the nvidia control panel, how long ago since a clean windows reinstall?

did you try reinstalling the games?
