[SOLVED] High end PC is lagging

Hi, i have a i3 9100f and a 1070. I also have 8 GB of ram. Whenever i play games like warzone and fortnite it feels pretty good. But ever 2 minutes the something just drops and the game just freez. It can Freez from 0,1 to 5 seconds. Warzone is the Worst. Fortnite is Ok but still dropping. But it does not look like the frames is dropping. I have noe idea. Any tips?

That is not high end at all.

Upgrade ram to 16GB and get SSD.

Cpu is around 65 and gpu around 50. Cpu is always over 90 and gpu around 50. Ram is not max but pretty high. During a game of warzone the fps is around 120 wich is Ok. But sometimes it just stops.
Can it be the ram?
