High End PC Keeps Crashing, Lagging, Loosing Internet and Stutters

I have assembled a new pc with components i ordered from amazon following a guide from this site, i have wired and and many compatibility checks i run:

Case - Corsair Vengance Series C70
Motherboard -Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H
Processor -Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz
Video Card -AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (OC)
Memory -8.1 GB
Storage - SD 250GB (where Operating system is installed)
Main Sotrage -1TB
Power - Corsair CX600M

While i am playing games (most usually) the pc will start to produce buzzing noises if audio is being played and Stutter in time with the buzzes (bzzz) that tend to get quite frequent, successively the buzzing will either stop or carry on and the wireless connection will drop loosing internet.
To sort of 'solve' this i restart the Pc and it seems to either be ok for a while and then does it again or go smoothely if i am lucky (until the next encounter)
THis happens during gaming and makes all my connections drop and it is extremetly annoying and frustrating as i cannot carry on but am forced to stop.

Upgrade your onboard sound drivers, it's a realtek HD chip so you should find what you need here.

And yes their website really does look like that, and it always has since 2007 or so... but it still works so I guess that's okay. This download won't get you motherboard customizations though, if you want that try checking this link.

Just so you know, that isn't a sure-fire fix but it's a known issue with old drivers and realtek onboard audio so I would try it first. Good luck troubleshooting. One other thing.... what SSD are you using? You might need to mention what kind of wifi system you're using too (upgrade its drivers too if you get a chance, it won't hurt).

I think your video card is defective. You may have to remove it and have it checked out.

It is weird because I had changed The Graphics Card to an Evga GeForce Gtx 770 Superclocked 2GB GDDR5 due to the incredibly noisy Msi fans of the AMD card, and the problem stayed the same - even now it can often just start buzzing stuttering and going offline ...
As changing the card didnt solve anything i sent the Gtx back and stuck to my AMD which i prefer for the colours and actually performance...
this shit is driving me crazy

As for the wifi system im using this Tenda 300mpbs Wireless N CPI Adapter (model No: W322P)
and the ssd... a bit trickier to check i'll be on it

The only other thing I can suggest is that the problem may be in your mo/bo. If you want to go to the trouble because of the noise you'll have to uninstall the mo/bo and send it back to your distributor to have it checked out. This is a lot of hassle for noise unless you just can't stand it. Good Luck!

Try disabling the hdmi audio on your graphics card.

Which output are you using on your GPU?

no the heat is no problem for the moment but Removing the mo/bo seems like a big big hassle just to have it checked by the manufacturer... unless ther is a sure way to know that it is for sure 100% the problem

Either disable the HDMI audio or the onboard audio....
