[SOLVED] High end pc, low fps on CS:GO !

Hi guys,

I've bought a MSI MEG Trident X 10SF-850EU.
It has i7 10700K, 32gb mem and 2080 Tİ. Also i got 240 hz AOC C27G2ZE

I was hoping that i would get 400-500 fps, the main reason that I've bought this pc and also my main game is CS:GO, i'm getting 60-70 max 80 fps on dust 2.

I've runned Apex Legends, it has 130-140 fps on ultra high settings.
I've done everthing, disabling onboard GPU from bios, getting nvidia control panel settings, such things i have found about CPU core settings but still couldn't get my fps higher.

I have gone into a awp something community map, it gave 300-400 fps.

Pls give me some help, i know my CPU is not bottlenecking since its a 10700k with 2080 ti

I think you can get that kind of FPS if you play the game at the lowest settings. Dust 2 is very unoptimised and the last time I played I had a very annoying mini stutter on Dust 2 only with an i5-3470 but my friend with a Ryzen 7 2700x had the exact same issue. I don't think it's your PC. I play the game on high settings and get around 100 fps.

Even in ultra ultra high it should give min 200 fps. Graph settings is not the issue

If CS:GO is your only problem I don't see why you should be worried about performance loss. It's moslty up to game optimisation to work with new parts.

Try opening console on CSGO and type

fps_max 1000

You can copy paste this

But if you're getting 300-400 on a community map, I don't think this can do anything lol
