My High-End PC is running not even close too what such a computer should and i have felt like this ever since i got it, but right now i feel like it's even worse and this is starting to piss me off so much, especialy after looking through the internet for months and not a single guide would help not even one, so i decided to post my problem here in hopes to finally fix this issue.

Here is some basic information about my PC:

Specs:
i7-4770k OC'ed to 4.2GHz
16GB RAM running at 1600MHz (Corsair Vengeance Pro)
Geforce GTX 780 (ASUS GTX 780 OC2)
240GB SSD (Kingston HyperX 3K) (555/510MB/s read/write)

Unigine Heaven Benchmark:
Render: Direct3D11
Preset: Extreme
Mode: 1600x900 8xAA windowed
Score: 1465

Now here is the part that really pisses me of, my Minecraft Performance, this is just so annoying as i bought this computer for Extreme Minecraft Performance.

Vanilla Singleplayer: 30FPS (With tons of lagg spikes and crash on exiting world)
Vanilla Mutliplayer: 35-40FPS (No other problems)

Whats wierd is that it seems to be Graphical problems, as i can spawn 6.666 Creepers and still have 15-25FPS.

I have played alot of games on this computer and it seems according to other performances and benchmarks, i should get like 50%-200% more performance depending on the game or 500% in Minecraft.

(Opera was running especially high today, cause i was watching streams)

I really want my issue to be fixed as i really want to avoid reinstalling OS, by the way it's Windows 8.1 Pro, feedback, suggestions and any information you're wondering about is appreciated.
(I am sorry if the thread sounds stupid or limited information, bad grammar, etc)

Some other information is that i have noticed how my Microphone volume is extremerly low on both of my sound cards, i have to add 20DB for people to hear me.

Solution
I'm having this issue myself right now. I really can't be bothered to find the specific, individual cause of the problem by the root, so after I'm done completely removing everything to do with Nvidia and reinstalling it, if that doesn't work, I may just do a completely new reinstall of Windows... Really don't want to, but it might be the fastest, easiest way.

Other than that, really hoping it's not a hardware issue or a loose connection or something. If a fresh OS reinstall doesn't work, then it'll have to be a manual hardware inspection, and I'll have to open my PC up.

I will be taking these steps. Good luck to you.

Make sure you have the monitor plugged into the GPU and not the Motherbaord.
Also go to windows and make sure you have power settings set to high performance.
If anything is overclock return it to factory clock, overclocking causes instabilities.
If you are on windows 10 make sure that the Xbox app knows that this is a game (to maximize performance), also run it in fullscreen mode.
