As the title says, I struggle to get even 45 fps on most games with low settings. I have optimized everything for performance on my AMD Settings. Programs also don't seem to exceed 2gb of usage for ram.

Specs:
CPU: i7-2700k
GPU: Gigabyte R9 390 G1 8gb
PSU: 1050w
RAM: 8gb (single stick)

Thanks <3

Rainbow Six: Siege runs alright (60-70 fps on medium), However Battlefield 4, Dying Light, Assassins' Creed, Ghost Recon Wildlands and even Minecraft run shit (on about 30-40 fps) all at 1920x1080 though

Minecraft at 30-40 fps with that GPU? There must be wrong settings applied in your PC. My only suspicion is the "Power Options" Settings. Check that part. If the setting is "Power Saver", change it to "High Performance". Power Saver usually cuts the performance in half or even less.

I have both my Card and Pc set to Performance mode so that's not it :/

Where did you connect the HDMI/Displayport? To motherboard or to GPU?
Your GPU probably throttled because of overheating.
Your GPU is failing.
Those three are my only possible assumption for your PC. If none of them applies, then I can't help you.

It is connected to the gpu, I can agree with it overheating as it reaches about 70+ Celsius sometimes but what confuses me is it has the same temp but runs other games different frames. I guess I'll just save up for some better cooling

AHA! I've found the problem, My games aren't being allocated enough memory, The graphics don't change any fps at all!
