Question High end PC stuttering out of nowhere

Hello,

My PC started to stutter on every games and even desktop sometimes out of nowhere !

I did everything that is possible and that's been told on all the others topics so I don't know what to do now please help me :/

All temps are good too

Both are empty I did multiples resets

I think it can only be software because I never had any issue before and I'm still playing the same games :/
