High end pc working really bad

I have a gtx 1080 evga superclocked
I5 6600
16gb ram
1tb ssd
a msi m3 b250 motherboard (regret)
And a ace £25 850w psu

So games simply run crap on high settings not even ultra I getting 30-50fps on bf1 which is with 1080p by the way what is going on? I getting a new 650w psu from evga soon tho
Should I get a new motherboard and get a different gtx 1080 or What?

Your CPU is limiting your fps in battlefield 1. It doesn't perform very well with the i5's. Your best option for an upgrade is to sell your i5 and buy an i7-7700k. And yes upgrading your powers supply is a great idea.

No I dunno how and I been having prbelm with 100% disk issue also should I try do a Windows repair?

I suggest using Microsft media creator tool, saving the installation kit on an USB drive and installing Win 10.
Using an old Win is not a good isea.

When i migrated all my data and Windows onto my Samsung evo 1tb ssd

This might be the reason. Try reinstalling Windows on the SSD, same method used for installing it on the HDD.

Try firstly reinstalling Windows. I don't think that it's about a SSD issue.

please wait for the new PSU, I cannot believe you'd risk a 1080 on that £25 PSU.
