High End Pc

What are criterias for a high-end pc in general and in gaming? What would this set up be considered?:
gtx 760
i7 4770
16 gb ram
2 tb hdd

This is a mid-range system. High end is usually defined by enthusiasts by hardware costing over $2000. An example would be...
i7 4930k, GTX 780, 16 GB 1866Mhz RAM, X79 Board, Water Cooling, 250GB SSD Which would cost about $2000

However if this system is strictly for general surfing, High end is $1000 and up.

Keep in mind this is a matter of opinion and argued by many people.

Also remember that hardware like the Titan exists effectively making an extreme market too.

You could increase the gaming of your system by changing the 4770K to a 4670K and from 16 down to 8GB RAM and increase the GPU to a GTX 770. This would give you a more balanced gaming machine.
