Question High end specs, but low fps in games

I stand in Overwatch training are in the same place, and after a few minutes fps drops from 200 to 60 and stays there. Laptop is new.
Specs:
Gtx 1080
i7 8700k
32 GB ram

Whatnare cpu and gpu temperatures?
Drivers up to date?

CPU ~60
Max GPU 91 (I doubt it’s to do with hardware since the laptop is brand new)
CPU and gpu are up to date however I couldn’t get the most recent drivers for motherboards because when I clicked on the download links the website gave me an error.
Motherboard brand is a Clevo. I tried wiping windows completely but the issue persisted.
