Those are top parts and anything other guys would recommend is a matter of personal preference.

What I would advice, though, is getting several SSDs: while 970 is great, a better thing would be to have separate SSDs for Windows with programs / Games and your projects (other stuff)

Don't get the strimmer cable, it's not of high quality. Lots of complains. Go for premium sleeved cabled from cable mod. Much better.

pretty sure the MSI would be a G sync compatible monitor.

You can save a bit more if you are OK with the rog hero mobo. Ek has a monoblock for it now.

AArtic storm is 1700 euro, but the reference 2080ti like this msi Ventus https://www.caseking.de/msi-geforce-rtx-2080-ti-ventus-11g-11264-mb-gddr6-gcmc-217.html is much cheaper. Add the ek vector gpu block and the back plate, it's still less than the 1700 euro artic storm 2080ti.
