High fps but not smootylh cs go

Hello guys , I’m having a very bad problem with cs go i looked for the cure of this problem in every forum and no one helped me . I play cs go with 150 fps but i feel playing like 49 fps i lost all my skills it hard for me to do flicks shots or hit in my old computer i played with 70 fps but everything was fine . I’ve tried almost everything but nothing worked

I on/off vsync
I’v changed monitors
I’v changed psu
I’v updated my sound driver and graphics card
I’v installed 3 different windows: 8 , 8.1 and 10 and now I’m with 10 i desactivated xbox dvr I putted power option to high performance...
Pleade help me and sorry for my bad English

My specs :i3 3d gener
Nvidia geforce gt710 2gb ddr5
4gb ram
Monitor 60hz and for the one who say that monitor 60hz you have to fix fps 60 I’ve tried that and my friends play with 60hz and 300 fps

If you haven’t already, go to monitors, monitor settings (or something like that) and change it to the highest refresh rate.

Your friends may be using fastsync. Your gpu might support it, if so give it a try.

Use vsync or adaptive sync, that should smooth things out. If you want low input lag too since your already far exceeding what your monitor can display and can probably maintain that look into low input lag vsync.
