High FPS, Game Stutters :/

Greeting internet,

So, i've been playing games like PUBG, BF1, and others on high-Ultra graphics. However whenever i play them at these graphics my games stutters about every 5-7 seconds. My temperature for my GPU is always less than 65'C however, my GPU usage always throttles from 99%. My CPU temperature is around 65'C when playing these games as well. I cant take the stutters so i put my graphics low-medium.

.I7-6700k (Stock)
GTX 1060 3GB
8GB Of ram

PUBG-All high graphics 1080p 90 fps
BF1-High preset- 80-90 fps-

You need more ram for both games. Not even a question 16gb for that setup will run those games nicely
