Question High Fps on fortnite but it feels choppy

The night before i started experiencing this i was playing fine and my game was running smooth. I then got off and shut down my pc and connected my phone to USB in my PC to charge my phone even though it was off and it was charging fine. I woke up the next morning to get on fortnite with my friends and i realized that i had high FPs but my game felt really choppy. I dont know what to do and i am getting worried, someone please help me. I am even willing to pay anybody to help me. Whoever can help GodBless you

What game settings are you running at.
