High frametime which *NEEDS* to be fixed

So basically i'm experiencing random stutters in PUBG while running or driving a car and one guy on reddit is helping me, i sent him my MSI Afterburner log (http://) and he noticed that there's very high and unstable frametime which needs to be fixed and says it's very bad with my ***LAPTOP***.

Could anyone help me please? This laptop is like 1,5 month old and i feel very frustrated.

Laptop specs:
I5 7300hq
Gtx 1050 ti 4GB
8GB 2400 DDR4 RAM
game installed on SSD

Same problem happened with me. Only when driving there would be stutter. It's because your game is trying to load the map into system memory while you are driving and you don't have enough. Upgrade to 16gb.

Lol? The game should run fine with 8GB ram, multiple people told me this, most of them also told me they don't have any stutter with 8GB RAM, not even when driving BUT I have stutters even when running. I also suppose you don't know the difference between frameRATE and frameTIME, correct me if i'm wrong

How much memory are you using when playing the game?

The game uses around 6700-7000MB of ram, other data is in paging file, you check the log file above
