Question High-frequency beeps, no display, and power off after 30 seconds ?

So I got a laptop from a friend, It doesn't boot, theres a beeping sound when I press the power on button, a high frequency beep, almost 30~ beeps, then the laptop keeps powered on for 30 seconds, and it shuts down, no display. Any ideas on what could it be?
I found out that the beeping comes from the hard drive, but after removing it, doesn't display anything also, and powers off anyways.

What does your friend say? Was he experiencing this problem? Try unplugging the laptop, remove the battery, hold the power button down for thirty seconds. Replace the battery, plug the laptop in and see if it will fire up.

Yeah he was experiencing this problem, I tried unplugging the laptop, removing the battery, hold the power button, tried to power on without the battery also, no charms
