High gaming ping with good Internet

As you can see my ping is 11 ms, download is 49.81 Mbps. and upload is 12.23 Mbps.
Now in my CS:GO game, that I played 20 seconds before I ran the speed test, my ping was 302 and rising and falling between the 200 and 500 range.

Is there any reason my internet is so good with everything else but when it comes to gaming my ping is awful?

Yes I'm on wifi but this used to never be a problem(I used to get 21 ping no matter what last year so you could say this is a recent problem)

Is it possible to try an ethernet cable instead of the wifi? This will rule the wifi out as being the culprit.

These were my results and my router is in my living room and I wouldn't be able to connect an Ethernet cable without running a wire across the whole room

pingtest uses the nearest geographically located server usually. Check the pings on the the TF2 server you are playing on.
I assume too much unstable ping might be an ISP issue.
