High Gaming Setup but still experiences some issues

When just casually watching streams on twitch my memory goes to 83%. Also when I am playing and recording games such as PLAYERUNKNOWN BATTLEGROUNDS, My memory and disk pop up to 99%. With my setup, I feel like I shouldn't be having these issues. I suspect that it may be an issue with the RAM but I am not too sure. I monitored my temps and nothing seems to be out of the norm in that aspect.I also updated all of my drivers with the program Driver Easy so I don't think it's a drivers issue. HELP PLEASE I REALLY DON'T KNOW.

Thats why you got google.
Is better to check what each one does. But many of them are easy to know what they are for.
Example: any task with NVIDIA are for your gpu. You let those be.

I did the same recently cuz I got microstutter(high cpu and low fps)
Started a game(mad max), ALT+TAB, end one task, went back in game. ALT+TAB again when it was no change. Did this until I end one task and then all was smooth.
