High GPU activity at idle HEELP PLEASE!!

Well the problem is that every time I turn on my computer my GPU activity at idle idle is at 98-99% and I can't play anything because my FPS drop. I normally can play games like BF4, Crysis, Metro but now I can't play anything at all.
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall drivers, clean with antivirus and searched and searched on the internet for the solution but I can't find anything.

Help PLEASE!

System:
i5 3470 3,2 GHz
Radeon HD 7750 GDDR5 1gb
8 GB RAM

Hi,

Scan for viruses with malwarebytes, roguekiller and adwcleaner.
What's your PSU? Are drivers up to date ?

I'm really not sure about the PSU i've never known but next to the power supply it say 220 V 50 Hz
